If you're wanting to lift your second gen blazer, there are a few things you need to know.
You will have to convert your brakes to the s10 pickup brakes. DISCLAMIER, neither I or S10forum.com will be held liable for this. You are changing from a 2 piston caliper to a single piston caliper. You now have been warned. On a side note, I really haven't noticed any difference in braking.
Parts list from O'Reilly's auto parts. I have an 01 2dr blazer so I used an 01 pick up for parts
Calipers.
Right side, 18-4071. $9.99 with a $15.99 core charge.
Left side, 18-4072. $9.99 with a $15.99 core charge.
Brake pads. ( I choose the middle priced pads.)
BB C154. $39.99
Rotors.
BBR 56757RGS $33.99 each
Wheel bearings.
Inner bearing, MPB A6. $5.49 each. You need two.
Outer bearing, MPB A34. $3.99 each. You need two.
Wheel seals.
MPB 4739. $1.49 each. You need two.
Spindle nut.
MTM 04993, $4.99 each. You need two.
Spindle dust cap. I can't find my receipt for these but they are in the help section on a display shelf and are cheap.
Ball joints. (You don't have to replace these but why not? You have it all apart.)
Upper. K5208. $31.99 each. You need two.
Lower. K6145T. $30.85. You need two.
Ball joint press. $100 rented from Autozone but your money is returned when you return the tool.
You will also need the brake rotor dust sheilds. I haven't bought them yet but when you're looking for one, you need to either tell the parts person or the online search that you're wanting ABS sensor. The dust shield will come with the sensor. Rockauto.com has them for about $35 each. You need two. Lol
Now onto the lift.
I took my time and waited until I found a deal. I got 3" spindles, extended brake lines and 2" shackles for $400 shipped.
Airbagit.com has 3" spindles, Fabtech has 3" spindles, you can also find them on ebay. I will post links at the end of this thread.
I also used Moog 5664 springs ( I don't remember how much they were, but they we're under $75). You will need to rent an internal spring compressor. $37.99, but you get all your money back when you return it.
WARNING. The spring compressor is freaking dangerous. I turn wrenches for a living and it almost took my finger off. The best way to do it, is to lay the spring on it's side and stand on it, then compress it using a 1/2" breaker bar. Then you will want to put the spring into the upper control arm and wedge it into the lower control arm and put the jack under LCA. Once you do this, is when it's gets a little hairy. Any tension relieved on the spring compressor will make it pop off. You will want to align the spring before putting any pressure on it with the jack. Once you know the spring is seated properly, you can jack the LCA up and install your spindle.
Since I used 3" spindles and the Moog 5664's, the 2" shackles in the rear weren't enough so I ordered a set of AAL's from suspension connection for about $60.
Well, my daughter started bugging me and my dad stopped by so I kind of lost my train of thought and might have forgotten something so I will just list the parts needed again.

Oh, one more thing. The brake line fittings are not the same between the blazer and s10 where the rubber line connects to the hard line. You will either need to have them them made or find an adapter.
Also, removing the very bottom leaf on the leaf spring pack will give a small amount of lift. It is called the overload leaf.
I will add pictures of my blazer when finished with the lift.
