So I'm trying to figure out what I need to modify to run the 6 inch lift from Rough Country on my 04 2 door blazer. RC says the 6 inch only fits 4 door and non Z S-10 and I can't run my 33x12.5's without spacers and hacking half the fender off with the 2.5" suspension and a 2" body. If anybody has any insight it would be greatly appreciated since the RC customer service couldn't give me an answer other than it doesn't fit.

Ever consider the possibility that the manufacturer might know what they're talking about. Or that they are concerned with product liability. A short wheelbase 2dr Blazer lifted 6" is a roll over looking for a good place to happen.

I did consider that but that doesn't scare me. I've been driving since I could reach the pedals and I only know one person that can out wheel me and he taught me how to drive

I've installed these kits. The issue is the ZR2 frame, suspension, etc are different. The rough country kit, in part, mounts to the factory control arm mounts. The kit relocates the front differential, which is also different in the ZR2s. There are a lot of differences.
If I can make a suggestion...If you're serious about lifting it that high it would be easier and more beneficial to do a solid front axle swap, especially if you do it with leaf springs instead of a 3 link or something similar.
