What are the best leave spring for my 86 s10. SAS and the best flex?

I don't know anything about lifting or SAS, but I'm pretty sure the guys that do, will want more information than what you've provided, to recommend leaf springs.

just like your post says, for the best flex, go ahead and 'leave springs' over there in the rubbish pile. 4-link and coil overs are the way to go.
But, I'm going to guess you don't have 6k laying around to sas the front, so you're lookin for help. To help, need more info. Is your blazer stock? do you have an axle? what do you need? Most important in any modification, what is your budget?
