Ok, this is not a s-10 problem, but you guys have helped me with a lot of them. I still have my s-10, but I bought a 2004 Silverado about a week ago. Ok, the truck is lifted, and after about 5 days it started making a sound similar to a bearing starting to go bad. It's not exactly like a bearing, it does not sound like metal to metal rubbing, but I have checked everything . Brakes, dust shield, play in my half shafts...It is coming from my right side, front tire. I've also checked around the spindle to make sure there was no grease oozing out, which I believe is another sign of a bad bearing, but everything seems ok. I try rotating the tire while the truck is off the ground, but do not get the noise, or at least I can't tell anything. The noise is speed sensitive, sound like the rubbing is quicker at high speed and slower and more vivid at low speeds. Sorry, I know this post probably should not be here, not being a s-10, but I need help, and always have gotten it here. thank you
