So I've been having this problem for s couple months now. The headlights don't come on but everything else works fine. I have two positive wires to the headlight plug. I have already replaced the turn signal switch and the body control module. I have had help from a friend who has been a gm mechanic for 25+ years helping me. We have checked and cleaned every ground in the entire truck. We have been going through the truck for the past two weeks and they have worked perfectly. I go to start my truck tonight and nothing. They won't go on no matter what. Anybody have any more ideas on what to try?

Your thread says intermittent, but now they won't go on.

It is way easier to find a problem when they won't go on.

Your GM mechanic doesn't have the headlight schematic?

Posting the year and model would get you help quicker.

All of the grounds are in there original spots with no paint. We had a code for the light sensor today and replaced that. Still nothing

I would say replace your headlight switch.
