Sup peeps,

I'm thinking of doing a swap of my front seats with those from a wrecked 99 GMC Jimmy. The seats look identical except... the Jimmy's seats are leather! I'm also consediring removing the overhead console ad trimming it down to fit in my truck.

Anybody ever swapped seats or put in the console before?:)

I am plannig on replacing the reading lamp bulbs, and other cablights with blue ones if I can find them. Anyone know the bulb numbers?

I am also thinking of putting in some APC Indiglo gauges. I'd like to seem some "actual" pics if anybody's got em'.

Does anybody know of any other cool replacement gauges. I was going to do my own, but I can't take my gauges out to scan them due to time restraints for now.
:(

If you can suggest any other cool mods, feel free!

the seat swap is a direct replacement..if they're power, you'll have to splice a few wires (which is a snap). If you find out anything about the console, let me know because I want to do the same:cool:

the courtesy lights (near the floor) can be reblaced with 194's, the dome a maplights are 211's, the 194's are easy to find, the 211's are much more difficult to find, they have them at autozone, but the only keep their color for about 15 mins, I'm currently looking into other ways to get blue interior lights.

for other cool gauges you could go with the flamed gauges, or just whiteface gauges too

I replaced all of my interior bulbs with blue neons... A 9" mini for the dome light, 2 - 2" ones for the floor. They look cool, and to disable the reading lamps on the mirror, I got the switch to stick in between the on and auto, which is off (not supposed to be, but there is a small spot that stays and is off). I would am going to change it sometime so my reading lamp wires go to my dome light (so it stays on for a few seconds when I shut my door) and put the other wires to on or off for the reading lamps (it is sometimes hard to tell colors of my folders and notebooks for school with a blue neon.)
