preciate it, figured it out myself. checked the resistance while it sat in the hot engine bay, around 2K, then put it in the freezer for about an hour, around 6K, then just plugged in a 4.7K, and it worked. I have heard that too much resistance will cause the a/c clutch not to kick in, that's pretty wierd...
