This happend once many years ago but fixed itself in a day. My fan speed got stuck on low speed no matter where the switch is at. It has happened again and not fixed itself this time.

Is this a problem the switch or the motor? Any ideas on where I should start looking?

its probably either the blower motor its self going out or its the blower motor resistor.

its the resistor on the blower motor housing, usually when it goes bad though it only has high, id check there first, u can bypass this and check the blower motor itself by bypassing it hook a wire from the batt pos side to the connector on the blower motor it has one wire attached to it , it unplugs and i believe its pink. anyway do that , and check to see if the air is movin faster in the cab. if so , its the resistor and or the switch leading to it . good luck

If it's not the resistor, it's your switch, they burn out. If you noticed white smoke in your cab recently, that's the problem.
