Dynoed another....282rwhp. Stock engine with 3in exhuast and headers. Running ATI with 9lbs of boost.

That's about 344 @ the crank :uhoh: :thumbup:

is there a rule of thumb for bult ons to?

like say i get intake exaust and a chip, whats that right there?

then new heads headers and even camshaft, any idea how much that is?


Then a superchargerr is what 25%-50% increase?

and also whats stock Xtreme horse? 190 or 180

You cant just add 20% to the 282 to get the overall power....that would be adding 20% OF 282.

Take 353 and minus 20%, then tell me what you get. :)
(Just had a math exam yesterday!)

The actual equation to figure out crank, would be:
282hp / amt of power not lost (80%) = 352.5hp

Superchargers are usually a gain of 50% or more (6-8lbs of boost). In the case of the last install, we gained 86% (at the crank) :)

So far, almost all of our customers have gained approximately 80% 90% hp.

Definitely NOT recommended, if you are planning on driving this anywhere than the strip. It has been done, but the advantages of air/air far outway the advantages of air/water for street purposes.
