How I compress coil springs

Switching out my coil springs for some softer ones and decided to shoot a video. This might help someone on here and hopefully prevent a injury.

Cool! Sharing videos like this is always helpful for others.
I watched the video. Thank you. Will keep that in mind. I have an internal spring compressor.
Something to keep in mind is to have the highest hook pulling towards the middle of the truck/car. This will keep the coil from going crooked and potentially slipping. Also if you have big coils make sure you have enough threads to fully release the spring.
you dont need to compress the springs to remove or replace the spindle. i would have liked for you to show us taking out the spring and installing it back in.
Taking it out is easy. You just put a jack under the control arm and slowly lower it until the spring falls out.
