Just curious... What are the biggest wheels that I would be able to get in my truck and still be able to lay frame with bags? I dont want to have to screw with the wheel wells and I dont want the tires to rub. Thanks!

with out f***ing with the wheel wells i think the biggest you can do and not rub is like 18x7's or 18x8's. if you tub it in the back, i have heard of 22x8's :uhoh: fitting ok. in the front, if you take out the wheel wells you can run i thnik a 20x7 (if you can find it) or 20x8.
I currently am running 20's all around and am going to bag it over the winter. I'll let you know how it goes, but I'm tubbin' the rear and cuttin' the front wells out too, so I guess it doesn't apply, but if you're doin' all the other work, what the ****'s a few more hours with the saw? ANSWER: A hell of a lot of fun...
Well

Up front is a toss up, if you want to drag the front and not rub on wheel wells while doing it you'll need some 17's with very low pro tires.

In the rear you'll be able to do 18's with some 225/40's or like sized tire.

Now if u don't want to drag the front you can run a 18 up there with a 215 or 225/35 series tire and the wheel wells will rest on the tops of the tires but it WILL lay out

Do you happen to have a number or a website for your suspension people? I live in the Madison Heights/Royal Oak area and I cant find anyone around that can do bags for me. Thanks!
LOL

Well yah i have a number for them 1-606-639-8688 lmao it's the Drop Shop in Pikeville, Kentucky.

lmao sorry didn't take my truck anywhere around here, don't honestly know any good reputable shops in michigan.

If you are interested check out Jody's/The Drop Shop site at www.thedropshop.org
lets see

ive done on 18x8 225 35 18 and layed frame with just a c notch in back

245 35 18 will also lay frame.

once you go from there you will have to cut the inner fenders out and rear have to monster notch it.

with 225 40 18 and 275 35 18 you can lay with a monster notch no prob
