Im putting on my toxic drop shocks and i cant get the little double sided fork thing into the top bushing to bolt it to the rear of the truck!! Does nyones know how???

Ahhhh I went with toxic drop shocks as well. Afterwards I wished I would've went with Belltech, they come completely assembled. Anyways I used a C clamp and used it to press the metal through the bushing. It was a pain in the ass, but I finally got them all. Also a bench vise works well too.
