My truck right now is a 5 speed and when i do the 350 swap i am going to use an automatic tranny. What kind of transmission would hold up behind a 350 that has a floor shifter instead of the column shifter or is it just easier to change the steering column

You can make any tranny be a floor shift. The steering column shift is just linkages down to the tranny.

i bought the b&m light truck megashifter for mine. it has an adjustable base for heighth and looks nice.

Where did you get it, How much was it(if you dont mind) and how hard was it to install. Also what transmission did you hook it up to and could you mabe post some pics
