Ok, i got my front bags installed and for some reason im not gettin any lift, it only goes about an inch higher than i was before which would be up to like a 4 or 5 inch drop, seems like maybe the swaybar is holding it back or my compressor is not making enough pressure but its shutting off with the pressure switch so i dont know, i need some help, i have to tear it apart again since almost everything is leaking, DO NOT USE ANY THREAD SEALANT WITH TEFLON, it doesnt work, pissed me off bigger than ****! Hopefully next weekend i can tear it apart and redo it, need some info here! Oh yea i have no gauge hooked up yet so i dont know how much pressure im gettin.

thats wierd, what psi is your pressure switch? i use the teflon enriched liquid sealent almot religiously it never leaked on me ( knock on wood) the teflon tape allways leaks on me though.

mine lifts to almost stock height (even with my little tires) thats with about 120-130 psi in the front.

i really dought that its the swaybar, but you never know i could be wrong.

What brand of the teflon liquid did you use?? I have some made by permatex and it leaks, i had it on the tank fittings for almost a week inside my house and it still leaked, i dunno, i'm just going to do the tape and i hope to hell its not leakin on the bags, probably is though, oh well i know how to get them out! HAHA! Also, my pressure switch is supposed to be 110-150, but im thinking there isnt enough pressure and im only gettin like 1.5 cycles at just like 4inches of lift, its gotta be the pressure then. If my tank leaked all out would the valves then leak too since there's no pressure on them??? This morning it was aired out and thats got me wondering out the fittings on the bags, good thing we own extra vehicles, thanks for the help.

i would say it is because youve got some major leaks going on.i use teflon tape and have had good luck so far.make sure you wrap alot of tape on the fitting before tighttening them down.and make sure the fitting are ALL tight as hell. that should help.
