What? What lights are you using? I've had my hyperwhites for almost 2 years and I haven't had any problems like this.

Yah same wioth me. I've had my hiper white bulbs for over a year and a half with no problems.

IMHO.

Standard wiring for the headlights are for 55-60 watts.

Any bulbs higher then that rating would need a wiring harness
change in higher gauge wire to support the load.
