On a 1996 S-10 4.3, 5 speed, when purchased used it had a very hard clutch pedal. Everything worked OK, but REALLY hard pedal effort. Changed plate, disc, bearing, pilot bearing, checked arm and pivot for wear. Normal wear on ball and pivot. It still has very high pedal effort. Is there a TSB or a possible mismatch in master or slave cylinder. Any known problems in release bearing to disc interchange? This has a couple of us really scatching our old grey heads.
