You need to get a 98+ core support, swap them and you're good to go.

if he will do it for $150 that sounds cheap, does he know you have to swap the core support?

im only 16 so i dont know much bout body parts on trucks . Like im wonderin what the core support is.. and also how much it would cost.. the guy works at a body shop and acces. shop so i would think he would know how to do it but not positive. i have learned alot of these guys dont do it the right way. he told me $150 for the complete thing like grill and headlights and installed. What do you guys think of it. also im wonderin how that chrome grill will look on a light gray truck. not sure how it will look?

If anyone have pics of that setup ...drop um in.. thanks

well ur 16. means you have 3 more years than me to learn!
age has nothing to do with this stuff. you gotta try it to learn.
and a facelifty would be a nice easy straightforwards change to learn.
just ask all the Qs you want on the forum ( and yes you will be made fun of sumtimes) but take it in good humor, and you'll be a genious eventually

This is the stock grill and headlights out of a 98 s10. he took it outta his. he put a new black grill in with the high output headlights. that is why it is cheap . cuz it is used

I did it myself using the how-to floating around here, it came out good. I didn't even know what a core support was when I wanted to do it lol...

Nope. That's just the way it is.

And honestly, if you're not gonna do it right, don't do it at all.
