What's a good replacement rear speaker with no modification in the stock location for an 89 S10?

Don't know if they are the same, but I have a 91 extended cab and got a set of Pyle 4x10s from Amazon for $35. Search PL410BL. They sound great for what they are, better than stock, and fit with no modifications behind the panel. Is the stereo stock? I want to say the stock speakers are 20 ohms, and most replacements will be 4-8 ohms. It will definitely affect the sound quality.

I have a 20 year old Panasonic AM/FM/CD player that I stuck in it for now. Three of the original speakers worked fine. The front speakers looked brand new. I'll check out those Pyle's.
