I just bought a factory GM rollpan and im just wondering if i can use the liscence plate lights off the stock bumper from a 2000 s-10.....if not what do i need to buy and how much do they cost?

naw you can't you have to buy ones for a 98 silverado...or at least those are the ones i bought.....but...yea...they where like...$20 for the sockets (2) light housings (2) retaining clips (2)

When I get my rollpan, I think I might get my light holes shaved and get some Lite 'n Boltz ... It all depends on how much it will cost to get shaved, I think it will look cleaner that way.

i got a stock gm rollpan 3 days ago. i used the stock lighting from the bumper. All i had to do was cut part of the black connector that came with the roll pan, and cut the wedges off the light housing itself. I'll post pics before i put it back on (its at paint shop now) so you can see exactly what i cut.
