well my truck hasnt been running right for about 3 weeks now and i thought it was the ignition so i replaced about 200 dollars in parts that didnt fix it. it runs fine but i have to be easy on the throttle or it loses power and it shuts of at idle. i checked my oil yesterday and it was really thin and there was bubbles on the dip stick. it smells like gas really bad so i changed it and it ran really bad but its fine now. im gunna get a compression test today but i think i blow a head gasket. Anythink else it can be.

ya prolly bad rings cuz when its on the compression stroke some of the gas air mix is seeping past the rings and into the oil, and if its not compressing well and if its not compressing much at all its not going to have power...
