I have a 1993 2.8 s10 and the fuel pump remains activated after the car is turned off. I disconnect the relay and continue on. replace the relay with a new one and continue with the problem. The oil presure switch has 6 months of being purchased. Take out the ECM for analysis and it went well in the tests. I have to disconnect the battery for 15 minutes to deactivate it.

I had this issue about 20 years ago. Guessing I was the first person to ever have it! Ha! I replaced the relay and the oil pressure switch. Problem solved. Since you already replaced the relay, pretty much only the switch could be causing the problem.
