My fuel gauge is exactly a quarter tank off. I know this becuase at the milage that Im at it should read a quarter tank then less what I got. Ive gone two tanks now with the same results so how can it be recalibrated? Also do you think chevy will honor the warranty my fuel line was cut and reattached and the turbo is out now so a visiual shouldnt throw to many problems butthe fuel line thing is what bothers me about this.

What you could do is take out the gauge cluster and physically move the gas needle to where you need it(obviously when the tank is empty). The needles come right off, people do it all the time when they put on new gauge faces.
