Will the five spoke Trans Am rims fit a 2001 Blazer? Would the backspacing be an issue?

That's almost 7" of backspacing. You'll need 2 to 2.25" spacers to run those wheels. The good billet spacers in that size will run about $150/pair.

I have seen a few S-10s with the 2000 10 spoke SS wheels and C5 vette rims and they looked awesome.

If you really like those wheels go for it but after you add in the cost of the spacers it will be expensive.
