Hey guys, i went to my local junkyard and saw TONS of taurus's with the electric fans still installed. Well im going to do the upgrade but i was just wondering what all i would need to get! I've looked in the engine bays and have seen only 2 wires coming off of the fan. When i get around to unbolting the fan and its time to deal with the wires.....what do i do? Also i've heard something about needing to buy thermostats and relays and whatnot. But i was wondering, what if i just hooked the wires up to an ignition source so as long as the truck is on the fan is on? Would that work if the fan only operated when the truck was on and only operated constantly instead of when it reaches a certain temperature? Any help is appreciated! Thanks guys.
