Yeah no doubt the answer should want here. Not like I said. I’ve read every page. Spent hours doing so. And others that asked same question never got answers or just guesses that went no where. And I have dug to china looking for that plug in the truck. Others did say in those links that the trucks didn’t always get the whole some say they did. So so still at a dead endHave you checked up on the firewall by the hump for a harness? It should have a plug with a jumper on it. The trucks didn't floor shifters until '97, so that harness is not there. It should be on '97+ trucks and Blazers even if they have column shifters.

Floor shift conversion wire harness
Installing a 90s floor shift and console into my 03 ext. a that originally had 60/40. There is no hidden harness to be a direct plug in. I’ve been reading for hours and googling to see what all the wires do in the plug. The question had been asked a few times with answers being guesses that didn’t work or no answer at all.

ok I must have missed a page or post. I found this. But for some reason I’m having a hard time understanding the last part. No mention of the yellow wire Or pink.
I really have no Interest in swapping column just another can of worms to open
Got the swap all completed and the shifter lock out wires correctly like oem.
