I'm selling a Flaming River Universal joint (part number FR1746DD) that is already installed on an oem lower steering shaft. It's ready to bolt in on any second gen. I used it for a about a year and a half and the U joint is still just as tight as new. If your rag joint is worn out this is a great upgrade. I'll take $85 shipped for it.

I also have an upper steering shaft that's been modified with a Flaming River U joint as well. Send me a message if you are interested in that too.

In my case I can fab it easy enough but if I can buy it already done and it only takes 10 minutes to install it, then it is worth it to me so I can spend that time elsewhere.

Hey Skylark, is there any way you can take a picture of the steering shaft with it bolted to the box? Looking at FR1746DD it looks like the bolt is in the CENTER of the joint and not on the side (like the stock pinch bolt) How did you secure it to the gear box?
