First question, in the back cab corners, where in some models there are speakers (I hope you know what I'm talking about) there is a big gap and I need to know how you all filled it, I was thinking about filling the entire corner (basicly how the trim piece fits).

How did you all manage to fold the pinch under? I wanna lay rocker but still drag a little bit of body. Also since I did more the just a 3.5" drop what will happen if it drags past the rocker.

I have a 2.5l and it seems that the thermostat housing is going to hit on the hood, should I just cut it out of the hood? or are there any other solutions, I tried putting a small block thermostat housing on but the holes didnt line up and as I expanded the holes to fit I ended up cutting in to it.

My steering column hits on the control arm, what can I do to solve it?

I know what your talking about with the cab corners, i'm going to do the same once i begin werk on my LB again.
can u get the hood closed with the themo on? Is it hitting the hood braces on the under side or the actually hood sheet metal? if just the braces cut the area so you can get another inch or so of clearance. dont drag into the rocker, it will leave a huge gap on the under side if you drag to much and would not be cool. If you want you could drag/cut into the rocker till its even with your frame then cap/box it in, which would be cool, seen it done on a few rangers before. Adding another ujoint might help like cab said.

AND GET SOME ****ING PICS!! :D

Because of how the corner is I cant just level it out because I cant really get a good position to weld in there. I was thinking about making a plate that fits inside even with the floor and tacking it as much as possible (since its not a stress point) and the just seam seal it to keep it air tight.

The reason I say that about the thermostat housing is because I can see it go above the core support, and I know a guy with a 4 3/4" body dropped blazer and he cut the hood and raised the center like a cowl induction and his still hits, and my air cleaner may hit as well, so I think I'm gonna cut the hood if I cant get it to fit.

I may do like they did in MT on that isuzu and make my own rocker out of some 14 gauge steel.

How could it be in factory position if its lowered 3.5"? Unless you cut above the steering column its going to drop. I have like a 24" wheel tire combo and it hits even if I have it up, thats why its a problem for me. I know you all say add another joint, but how and where am I going to do this?? I was thinking about raising the column like POS-10 did for the time being....

Probly get one from a local parts store. Just take the circumfrance of the sterring column rod thing and then try and find a joint as close and u can to it. That should work.
