I've replaced the idle control valve (35), so that's not it, not done the oxygen sensor yet (13)-- started checking for vacuum leaks, but really don't know how or where to look? It's running great, just wish I could get the idle down!

I don't know what type of vehicle you have but check to make sure the rubber lines are not chaffing inside slowly clogging your sensors. Also if you have a 2.2L S-10 before they put in an airmass sensor check the IAT sensor,to see if it has collected debris. If it has debris on it, it will make the computer think the incoming air is hotter than it really is. Messing up the fuel curve, also make sure you change that O2 sensor soon.
