ok i have a 2001 s10 with 15" rims and i need to know the rim width so i can order new tires......at 10k miles my tires are already bald....ooops guess burning out constantly doesnt help....but anyways i wanna go with a low profile as wide as i can go, im doing a 3/4 drop next week and my friends are in an undercar class so they can do the drop in school and take care of my tires and alignment...so if anyone knows the stock rim width or has any suggestions for tires all info is greatly appreciated

I think that those 245/50-15s will throw you speedometer off. Let me know what your stock tire size is (from the tire or the drivers side door jam) and I'll let you know how far off your speedo will be.

Yep those 245/50-15s will make your speedo read 10% higher than your actual speed. So when your speedo says 60 you will be going 55.

Good luck!
