What is a good exhaust kit for a 2000 2.2L. Im lookin for a cat back kit. I dont want ne thing to load, just somethin that will make a deeper sound.( like a 2,2 will have a deep tone) thanks.

Gibson makes a cat back exhaust, but you can pretty much do the same thing with a good muffler shop for about $150 to $200 compared to the $300+ price tag for the Gibson kit.

I've heard the Flowmaster 40 series on some 2.2L, and some sound like sh*t, others sounded just fine. The best was magnaflow, haven't heard a bag magnaflow yet.

actually you can get a 2.2 to sound depper i have a turbine glasspack with 4 inch by 18 inch tips sounds great and confuses ppl they cant really tell if its a 4 banger or v6 and its pretty loud
