I have a 94 S10 4.3 and my canister lines to the gas tank to the canister seem empty but the ones going from my canister to my carburetor are full of carbon pellets what do I need to do

Sure sounds like the canister & compromised lines need to be replaced.

I thought that was carbon pellets. Damn I know it environmental but is it going to run any better if I fix it? Just don't know how much all that will cost

They’re not that expensive, and it keeps the fumes out of the cab.

They don't fail that often, you can probably find good parts at a junkyard. It'll keep your truck from smelling like raw fuel. If you can get all of the charcoal out of the line, you may still be able to use it.
