so i have teh envoy lights in.. but the stay on all the time when my truck is runnin... i have done the fuse thing.. where you bend one prong over, and i have done the resistor thing on the arl in teh speaker grille... any suggestions on where to go now...? thanks

yes, they cut off when i cut the truck off.. i mounted them on the factory brackets like come on the envoy.. mounted to the rad support..

When you do an HID set up, you really should do a relay setup. The ballasts for those lights can draw a lot of amps for firing up those bulbs. Its possible that you fused your headlight switch by wiring it into your factory wiring.

no , i have not yet.. where would i mount the ballest? I just found this out also... in teh daytime, b4 my ARL kicks in.. if i turn my blinker on it will turn the HIDs off.. whats that mean?

the drls only affect the high beams. The envoy hids were the "low beam" bulbs. And i promise you, these are negative turn on ballasts, ask samandjen.
