Hello,
Buying a motor a motor out of a 2003 and replacing one in my 1999. only difference I've notice is late 99 then went to roller. question I have. Will I be able to use my harness/computer and be a direct plug in? Any Info greatly appreciate.

You will have to use the intake and all topside equipment from the 99 for it to work. Everything else should be the same, or close enough to work.

I bought the motor and I noticed the knock sensor connectors at totally different. I used my intake and everything else plugs in. Also on the motor it has an extra sensor on the oil pan which I'm assuming is a low oil sensor. mind did not have that. so I should be ok there.

Could I run without the knock sensor or can I splice connector to fit?

Kinda hard to splice 1 wire into 2 places. The designs and operation are completely different as are the 99 and 03 PCM's and operating systems.
One wire sensor is a resonate sensor.
Two wire sensor is a flat response sensor.
You have to use the KS that matches the PCM and OS you are running.
