Ok i put the 350 in my s-10 and my mechanical fuel pump hits the frame. so i want to put in a electric pump. Any recommendations for a cheap pump (on a major budget). I have a holley 4bbl 600cfm carb, not sure if that matters or not. How much psi will the pump need to put out? I am using the jtr engine mounts and i thought that the fuel pump wouldnt hit and i am sure we welded them up correct.

Never had that problem

I know it sounds shady but if its not hitting to much you could notch you frame. It shouldnt weaken it too much seeing its in front of the axle.

i'm about to install an electric fuel pump in my truck now.... Holley red label.... Jegs part number 510-12-801-1 with a safety swich 510-12-810 . Yes, the pump is loud, and when you stop at a light you can hear it run.... but if it's running, its likely running :D that's always a plus in my book!

i've also heard of people promoting an edelbrock, but i dont have a part number on that one.

hope it helps!
