EGR Code on 4.3 TBI System
I recently just completed a full swap from the Central MFI system to TBI on my 1994 Bravada. It has the 19197427 ECM in it so I swapped out the chip with a BJWR (Ebay listing said 93-95' pickups). I have a TBI unit from a 1991ish truck and a manifold from a 1993 I think. I use a wiring diagram for a 1994 S10 Pickup TBI vs MFI to cross reference and wire all the different connectors appropriately.
I got it all back together and it runs great, but I am trying to see if I can get the engine light to turn off. Its only throwing DTC 32 for what I presume is for the EGR and possibly the MAP but I don't know too much. I have the manual for the Bravada but the code description doesn't do me much good since I changed from the Solenoid EGR to the vacuum controlled.
I have the 4 pin vacuum solenoid and I just need some guidance on where to go, what to check to help make a diagnosis.
