how many layers of dynamat would is suficiant enough for rattling of the roof and such forth to stop? roof moves a lot when the system is turned up and the doors not so much. just wondering. about to order some and want to know how much to order

its not going to stop the body panels from flexing. it will help with the rattles though.

IMO the roof and the back wall rattle the worst. They say you only have to put it on the large flat panels, but I put a layer over it all then put a second on the flat panels for good measure

do one solid layer of deadener, then go over it with one layer of sound absorbing foam (1/8" thick minimum). Then go over that with another layer of deadener.

ok so lets see if i understand this right. cut to fit the flat areas, foam it, the put a layer across the whole thing? will my roof liner go back in the way its sopose to or am i gonn ahave to modify it?
