Here’s side pics of truck as well as measurements from ground to fender well. I love the height of the drivers side. The passenger side kinda has a squat look which is ok too. I have the Chevy lean bad to the drivers side. I had my son push down on the passenger front and it brought the right rear up so I’m kind of leaning towards lowering the right front. Im open to all ideas and criticism.

Can you post your pics full sized so that I don't have to keep fixing them? Check your other thread for a possible fix to manbearpigs comment on the wheels being too far forward.

You either add a spacer to the low side or trim the spring on the high side 1/4 coil at a time.
Ok. I can do that. Will dropping the front right down, pick up the left rear a bit? I have the beltech spacer on the shelf but would kind of rather lower something to fix lean than lift it. I understand it’s not going to be perfect.

The first S10 I had was a 98 ext cab. At about 50k I noticed the lean to the driver side. I began seeing others leaning too. I took it back to the dealer and they gave me the runaround. Offered to shim it under the front spring. I told them that was a bandaid :(
I took it to a dealer just south of Atlanta. They told me it was the rear leaf on that side and they would fix it under warranty.

I traded it for a black ext cab Extreme that same day .

My 89 is 3/4 of and inch lower on the driver side. I currently have 1 spacer in it to get it back close. A "bandaid" :(
I think a new set of 1" drop springs will be what she needs. Get the ride height like I want it and get rid of a failing part.

I wonder if a spring shop could test spring rates and get a couple that matched. Of course if you're going to drop the front with spindles and springs, you could buy the drop springs from the supplier and have them checked also. I that levels them out and is a bit too low...spacers might bring it back up a bit. You could also find a set of ZQ8 springs matched to which engine you have which is a 1.5" drop...4.3 or 2.2...weight difference.

Right…but im wanting to atleast get it a little better. Air shocks?
Surprised GM didn't offset L-R weight variation. 1976 Olds Custom Cruiser has fuel tank in L Qt fender , but also has xtra leaf in L rear axle spring assemble . All OE. I've used this 20.5 ft long leviathan as dog mobile since 1994. It still sits high (8+ in clearance) and sq , but only has 215k mi (Ya these critters actually longer and wider than Ford Expedition )

I’m going to try this, this weekend. Ok. So on a reg cab 2.2 motor. Trimming the coil 1/4 at a time should give me about what? And do I trim the top or bottom of spring. I know when you put it back the bottom end of spring has to line up between holes.

Happy to report. Cut 1/2 a coil off, drive to and from work (roughly 50 miles) and the front is now 29 1/2” from ground to center of fender well on both front sides. Rear is about 30” even on both sides. So I may do the set back plates to make it the same front to back. Is measuring the fender well to ground considered level? Or will one fender sit higher than the other and still be considered level?

Sounds like you got it worked out for now.
I measured mine the same way. My driver side is a tad higher, but when I get in its all good 😁😁
