ive heard that you dont have to make any drive shaft mods with a th350 is this true??????????i have a th350 waiting for me for 200 with brand new internals and a new shift kit.im hoping it wont cost me much to get the 305 i got for free installed with it and then drop in the 350 im building.if anyone knows this it will help me greatly.thanx in advance i also found a site that offers a whole kit for v8 conversions they give the corvette style radiator ,all hoses motor mounts and headers for 419 i thaught this is a pretty good price tooo......................http://www.carshopinc.com/product_info.php/products_id/65/S10_KIT

Is your TH350 a long or short tailshaft?....if it's long, it will fit. You may have to enlarge the trans mount bolt holes though.

I'm using a TH350 (dont know if it's long or short tho) and a 9" rear with the stock driveshaft. Was all set to fab new one when I put it together but the orig. shaft worked and I'm cheap.
