I changed the door pins on my 02 s10 Blazer.

The little wheel that the spring goes up against is bent and seized so the spring kept flying off.

I just removed it and the door works fine. On the passenger side the little wheel is seized (despite oiling and greasing it) , and it make a loud noise. I am thinking of removing it.

Will this damage anything?

That spring is there to hold the door open when entering or getting out of the truck. A strong wind gust could result in a nice bruise on your thigh if you aren't holding the door open by hand. But pain is your friend. It lets you know you're still alive.

The lower part of the pin is available separately. It's actually a short pin and the roller that pounds up into the longer pin. Then keep them lubed.

Here's a link to the ultimate lifetime repair - for $58 each. Cheaper ones are out there. Avoid Dorman - the bushings break when you install them because they're too cheap. By the time you buy the pins, lower pins, and bushings the Endura pins are much, if any more, costly.

They also sell a simple tool for reinstalling the springs:

Be careful ordering and make sure the pins are for 95-04 Blazer or S10. GM made a lot of similar looking ones of different sizes for other models. Any listed for Camaro fit 1st gen S-series, but not 2nd gen. Full sized trucks are different, too.

The same happened to my truck, and you're partially right, the door still works fine... However in my case there was a large air sound when driving because the door is not sitting right when closed... I fixed the door and the air sound when away... Did some research after I fixed it, and it seems this is a common problem...

Not likely. IIRC, at some point in the ownership of my current S10 daily driver, I had no spring on the driver door for a while; maybe months. I think the spring was off while I was collecting parts to replace the busted detent roller, and procrastinating. Door hinge problems are one of the issues I would not bother correcting if the vehicle is approaching end of life.
