I was wondering if any of you have cut off the grilles on the door panels to show off your speakers? If so, was it hard? I would love to see some pics of what it ended up looking like. Thanks.

Not hard, just use a dremel

that was my first thought, but im afraid it will come out jagged and half-assed looking. does anyone have any pics of theirs?

If you use a dremel you can always go back over it to smooth it out. It would take some really nice, expensive speakers to get met to do that though. But then if they were very expensive I wouldn't do it because I would be afraid that people would kick them getting in and out of the truck.

and people can also look in and see the MB Quart speakers in the open panels and go "hmmmmmmmmmmmmm" *smash*

yeah i hadnt considered the security issue involved. thanks for the advice. i think i can learn to learn to live with those oh-so-sweet looking plastic door panel grills lol.

Dont your new speakers come with there own grilles?

sure do, but theyre massive infinity grilles that i dont think would blend well with the door panels.
