Trying to set ignition timing, and the damn dizzy wont turn. Popped the tabs on the cap and can't get the distributor to even budge. The truck runs fine, timing will sit at 3* for a while... Then go to 8* and last night it was at 12*. And when the AB terminals are grounded it idles perfectly at 900-1000 rpm and the timing shows at exactly TDC/0*.
What kind of witchcraft is this?

loosen the bolt for the hold down at the base of the distributor housing,
looks like the idle is high and timing advance is low

Can somebody please post a picture of this hold down screw before I loose my mind?! Hahaha, I've been searching for a hold down bolt for days! What am I missing?!?!

It is just to the left of the base of the distributor. The size is 13mm. It is hard to see because of the distributor.
