i recently changed heater core on 92 s10 blazer 4.3. before i changed the leaking thing the defroster cycled the air condt pump every 10 or so secs. now after the change it cycles maby every 10 mins .i checked all wires that may have become loose.please advise

was it warmer weather before? if u turn the fan sd. up it should stay on longer too.

yes the weather was a bit warmer maby 35 deg outside,sometimes it wont kick on even when i turn the defrosters on ill check out the fan speed thanks

yeah, when it gets that cold it will hardly turn on.

it works good on high fan speed i got scared for a minute thought i messed something up.i dont run it daily.my daily driver is a 78 chevy k10 old iron.it keeps on ticking and i will keep it going for the next 20 yrs.thanks again

most of the comp. control come from the t-stat in the cab.
So the colder in there it is the less the comp. will be on.
