I got my cross drilled rotors today and a set fo ceramic brake pads, and a G2 brake caliper paint kit (blue). I will be installing these on Thursday. I will take pics and post during and after.

Looking good... If you won't mind me asking how much did the rotors and pads run you? You gotta let us know if they help with stoping, i was going to looking into some of those myself but i didn't have time to order them and get them here in time.

TY, I got them at JC Whitney $215 shipped 2 day fedex (2 rotors,and brake pads)

are they the ones from jcwhitney? if so thats the ones i've had for about 6 months and they work great....

Got me? These are a direct replacement for the stock ones so they should be.

If anyone has installed these rotors, did you use the bearing race they came with of have new ones pressed in?

I bought new bearings and was wondering if I could just use the ones that are already pressed in?

Here is the before and after shots.

As for the G2 brake paint I recommend it, they say there is enpugh for 4 calipers. But in truth there is enough for 2 calipers and 2 drums and another set of calipers. I had some left over. I also went through 6 cans of brake cleaner, that yellow crap on the rotors from the fatory is a mess.

Also take note of my frame where my old tires rubbed the frame at full turn.

after but before paint

Take note of frame now, I used Eastwoods rust stop paint. Works great!
