multiple problems but now no fuel pressure

replaced fuel pump, gas comes out of pump, disconnected fuel filter and gas really comes out, yet no pressdure on the rail

HELP?!

Blockage somewhere....fuel filter may be partially clogged....also check the lines....

Assuming your using a guage and not just seeing if fuel is spraying out of the line. No fuel pressure with a good pump can be caused by a bad fuel pressure regulator. If you can temporarily pinch of the fuel return line and pressure comes back, that should be your issue.

I'm using a guage on the rail. Where is the pressure regulator located?
Pinch the fuel return line? Where is that?
