I'm not sure what's wrong with that one or why Progressive owns it now.

$5,800 is a steal for that vehicle as a "buy it now" if there's nothing seriously wrong with it. One on BaT was bid up to $28,500 last week but didn't sell because the seller's reserve wasn't met. This one has 100,000 more miles on it than that one last week, which will limit the value somewhat. The Estimated Retail on that Copart auction is over $16K, and that's likely pretty fair for one in good shape, even with 122K miles.

Even if the engine has been replaced if it’s turbocharged like stock it would be a fun truck. The cladding is pretty hard to find so if that is not original the value comes down. Overall though it seems like a good way into a fun vehicle.

Looks like a white Typhoon on Copart’s auction list in Sacramento.

It’s marked “run and drive” with a buy it now price of $5,800. Worth a look if you are in the area.
Looks like a theft recovery to me, Hardest thing might be finding the flares for the front fenders.
