I’m trying to find info on whether or not a utility shell off a Colorado would fit depth wise in a 94 s10. The shell has two rear barn doors to replace the tailgate and no floor. The bed dimensions are correct but just not sure about the depth with the doors. I appreciate any input, I’ve tried googling and looking around but am having a hard time finding any measurements that are definite. I know my bed is roughly 17” to the top of the bed rails but the guy with the shell doesn’t own the Colorado anymore and he’s about 6 hours from me so going to measure the rear doors is out of the question.

Welcome to the forum. Perhaps the guy with the shell could take measurements for you?

Do you know what year Colorado? I just measured an '07 that's in my shop, and it's 19" from the bed floor to the top of the rail.
it was a off a 2008. Ended up just risking it and driving down to where it was. Fits like a glove, it’s maybe 1” taller than the cab, if that. I had to trim about a 1/4” off the top of my bumper for the rear doors to fit without rubbing but that’s it. Everything else on the internet said it wouldn’t even be close, so in case anyone else is interested, it does in fact fit.
