I'm going to have to do something. The problem is
that it needs to be shortened a bit. It's been like
that ever since my dad bought the truck (about
18 months). I may have to get some silicone
to hold it in place.
I need to give the interior a good detailing, but
the one luxury I don't have is time. What little
time I have is used on other jobs that need done
around the house. Whaat I need to do first is
I need to clean the dash and door panels. I'm
waiting to get the headliner done first. That
will be later on when I do the final detailing.
The only thing I painted in the interior is the
trim piece around the stereo.
im haveing the same problem with my interior. after about a month of driving around with my hair brushing the headliner and decided to change it. i went up to the local car stereo shop and got a couple rolls of the black fabric they put on speaker boxs and a can of spray glue and made a new headliner. i also did the sun visors and the rear wall and around the back window. it looks good even though i have trouble keeping the new headliner to stay up because its now heavier but ill fix that as soon as i can. my weather stripping is also falling to peices and it looks really bad. im going to replace that at the same time i put new door hinges in
My weatherstripping is fine, it's just the rubber piece
where the rain guard is. I have a piece of material
left over from my tonneau cover that I'm going to use
for the headliner. It would work with the red interior.
It is black vinyl.
