I had a issue were my clutch would lose all pressure and I could not shift at all now I put a new clutch master cylinder in it and now I can shift but after sitting it will not let me shift and there are small bubbles coming up into the revorior after pumping the clutch a little. While putting in the new master I broke the pushrod bushing that attaches the pedal to the pushrod and I got another from advance auto and it seems to be to big to clip on. am I doing any thing wrong.

I had issues with mine too. What i did with mine was I went to the hardware store, and I bought one of those push in clips, they kinda look like a key if you look at them from the side, there should be a groove machined into the pin on the pedal where that cheap plastic clip clips in, I pushed it in that groove and mines been that way for almost 4 years. It does add a little slop to the setup but it works. I have a heavy duty clutch in mine so the plastic kept breaking. Even broke the pedal, machined out some steel bushings and put that clip on and so far its been issue free,

As for the air bubbles, youve prolly got air trapped in the system, if its an external slave cylinder (you can take it off witout pulling the trans) bench bleed the system, theres a write up on here or on the other a series/blazer forum cant remember. If its internal slave, meaning you have to pull the trans to get the slave out, your just gonna have to keep bleeding it until the air escapes. Can be a real bear. You can use a vacuum pump to bleed them sometimes. Ive never had luck with it tho. I always bench bleed it
