I ordered my Sonoma hood, bumper cover and bumper reinforcement from them on the 12th. I got them in today and the hood had a big dent. No damage to shipping carton. Replacement issued never even asked for a pic. Said go ahead and dispose of the item after new one comes in. No need to return it.
Bumper cover has scratches on it. Replacement issued no problems what so ever.
I will make sure next time I need body parts I order form them in the future. Such a breeze to deal with. Receiving damaged goods is heartbreaking, But when you get no problems out of them that makes up for it tremendously!
