I was reading about how a few peeps made their own intakes with TB hats from 80s era 4.5/4.9 Caddys and I was wondering if I could possibly do that on a 95 4.3 with a TBI. I am really looking to raise output over 3500 rpm. Here is the link: http://astrodog.s10forum.com/cai_howto.html

It will fit a 95 TBI? No thanks, I kinda want to build it myself.

Ya it fits any tbi 4.3l. Let me know if you can't find one in a junkyard I'll let this go cheap.
